Does every new account start with a trial?: Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day Pro trial, no card required. Smart routing, A/B testing, password protection, and custom domains are all active from day one. When the trial ends your account moves to the free tier unless you subscribe.
What happens if I cancel?: Your codes keep redirecting to whatever URL they pointed to at the moment of cancellation. Existing dynamic codes remain scannable forever. Free-tier limits then apply for any new codes you create or edit.
Do scans count toward my plan limit?: Scans count against the monthly scan cap on your tier. The other plan limit (dynamic code count) is the number of codes you can edit or redirect, not the number of times they get scanned.
Can I change plans anytime?: Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe. Annual subscribers can switch to a higher tier mid-cycle and only pay the difference.
Do you offer annual billing?: Yes. Annual saves about 20% compared to monthly. The exact saving is shown on the toggle.
Is the free tier really free forever?: Yes. No card required, no trial timer, no surprise throttling. The free tier exists to prove that codes never go dark, even for users who never pay us a cent.
