By accessing or using TurtleQR (available at turtleqr.com, app.turtleqr.com, and related subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and JR Generations LLC, the operator of TurtleQR.
"You" means the individual or entity using TurtleQR. "We," "us," and "our" refer to JR Generations LLC and TurtleQR. "Service" means all TurtleQR software, APIs, websites, and related services.
To use most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
TurtleQR uses a workspace model. Each account belongs to one or more workspaces. Workspaces can have multiple members. The workspace owner controls member access and is responsible for activity within the workspace. You may not share your account with others outside of the workspace member system.
Machine clients (such as MCP server integrations) connect via OAuth-issued API keys scoped to a specific workspace. You are responsible for the actions of any client authenticating with credentials you issued.

Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Charges recur automatically on your billing cycle unless you cancel. Annual plans are charged once per year. Monthly plans are charged once per month.
By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select. Stripe's terms govern the processing of your payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@turtleqr.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the request in good faith.

Our software, infrastructure, and design are proprietary. These Terms do not grant you any license to our code or brand assets.
You own the data you input into TurtleQR. We process it on your behalf. We do not sell your data. Scan analytics (including IP-derived geolocation and device type) are collected on your behalf and are accessible only to you, to us for operating the service, and to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
If you delete your account, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations imposed by law.
We aim to keep TurtleQR available and performant. We operate on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure with global distribution. However, we make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
QR code redirect functionality is designed to be resilient: codes continue to redirect even when a workspace exceeds its plan scan cap. The redirect destination may fall back to a static URL during degraded conditions.
No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered on the Personal or free tier. Business and Scale tier SLAs, if offered, will be published separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JR Generations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TurtleQR. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold JR Generations LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of TurtleQR, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace and canceling your subscription.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Customer Data Ownership, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, for active subscribers, send a notice to the email address on file. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
