What happens when you cancel.
Your codes keep redirecting to the destinations you set. Not to our homepage, not to an upgrade page. Yours. Your account moves to the free plan: you can still sign in, edit destinations, and view analytics with free-plan history. Free-plan caps apply to creating new codes, never to the ones you already printed.
What never happens here.
- No expiring free codes.
- No ads shown to the people who scan.
- No redirect hijacking after cancellation.
- No annual bill disguised as a monthly price.
Your exit is built in.
You own your data. Export your codes, destinations, and scan history any time from Settings. We do not lock you in.
If TurtleQR ever shuts down.
We publish this promise so you can hold us to it: dynamic codes stay live through any wind-down period, with notice and export tools. Static codes are yours forever because they never depended on us.
