How to edit a QR code after printing
Whether you can edit a printed code depends entirely on whether it is static or dynamic. Here is what is possible and how to do it.
Only dynamic codes can be edited
A static code has the data baked into the pattern, so the only way to change it is to make a new code and reprint. A dynamic code points at an editable redirect, so the printed pattern can stay exactly the same while you change where it leads.
Change the destination
Open the code in the dashboard and update its target. The next scan goes to the new destination immediately. The sticker, sign, or card you already printed keeps working.
Update a menu, coupon, or page
If the code points at a TurtleQR-hosted page, like a menu or a link list, you edit the page content the same way. Update a price, mark an item sold out, or swap a link, and the printed code never changes.
What happens if you cancel
Your codes do not go dark. They keep redirecting to a fallback destination you choose, so a printed code stays useful even if you pause or cancel. That is the difference that makes printing safe.
